Applications have closed for 2014

Financial Review BOSS Magazine and the University of Sydney Business School have begun the search for the best young business talent for 2014, with a prize package that includes a $60,000 Emerging Leaders Scholarship on offer to the recipient.

Participants will get access to Gallup's Clifton StrengthsFinder® tool. With more than 40 years of Gallup® research, Gallup's Clifton StrengthsFinder® assessment has helped over 10 million people discover and develop their natural talents.

The Prize

Over a series of rigorous judging rounds, applicants will compete for an incredible prize:

  • A $60,000 Emerging Leaders Scholarship to enrol in the University of Sydney Business School MBA program in February 2015.
  • Media training from Australia's leading business and finance news publication - The Australian Financial Review.
  • Publication of an opinion piece in Financial Review BOSS Magazine.
  • A Master class with some of Australia's foremost leadership educators.
  • Membership to the BOSS Emerging Leaders program.

Round One

The University of Sydney and BOSS Magazine have been working together to support Emerging Leaders across Australia with the BOSS Emerging Leaders program, which aims to provide up-and-coming young executives with the opportunity to meet and hear from eight leading industry mentors, guest speakers and to build their business network.
